        <abstract>
            <para>CD1 mice were exposed for 1 month to corn oil or to a phthalate mixture via the diet. The phthalate mixture used in this study was composed of DEP (35.2%), DEHP (21.0%), DBP (14.9%), DiBP (8.6%), DiNP (15.1%), and BzBP (5.1%). This environmentally relevant phthalate mixture was developed based on phthalate metabolite concentrations in urine of pregnant women in central Illinois (iKids study). At the end of exposure, mice were euthanized in diestrus and ovaries fixed and serial sectioned.</para>
            <para>21070 is a 1-month exposure 1.5 ppm phthalate mixture group.</para>
